We have different Die Casting machines. The tonnage of the die casting machines in our company inlcuding 500t, 800t, 900t, 1250t. Among them, zinc die casting machines insludes 88t and 125t, and aluminum die casting machines includes 125t and 150t. Generally speaking, aluminum alloy die casting machines can be used to process zinc alloy, but zinc alloy die casting machines cannot be used to process aluminum. Main produced materials for die casting is Aluminum Alloy and Zinc Alloy.
Zinc Alloy Die Casting
Zinc alloy has the following advantages: low melting point, small solidification temperature range, easy filling and molding, small shrinkage cavity tendency, low pouring temperatur, long service life of the mold, not easy to stick to the mold and does not corrode the mold. Thanks to these advantages of zinc alloy materials, we can die-cast precision parts with complex shapes and thin walls, with smooth surfaces and high dimensional accuracy.
Aluminum Alloy Die Casting
Aluminum alloy has the following advantages: low density, good processing performance, low cost, good electrical conductivity, good mechanical cutting performance, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Therefore, aluminum alloy die castings are widely used in radiators, electronic equipment, light metal accessories, automobiles, electric tools, communication equipment, etc.
Mold Design & Manufacturing Ability
Through software analysis and simulation of die casting workshop process, obtained data results that can help us evaluate the feasibility of the mold solution and improve the mold design solutions. Besides, we provide permanent mold service for you if your order quantity is relatively large. This does not mean that a mold can be used for whole life, but if the mold wears out, we can provide free repair service or produce a new mold for you for free.
